Why we choose to be Realtors?

So many agents focus on WHAT they do for the client as it relates to buying and selling a home here in San Antonio.   But we find it helps to understand more about the WHY we choose to be Realtors not the WHAT.  

Of course it is important to know the WHAT as well but with all the tools available to Realtors today its should be more about the WHY they do it.  We have a passion for doing this and we look forward to helping you buy or sell your real estate property here in San Antonio and the surrounding areas of South Texas.

• Listing Your Home - We take the time to research the market conditions in your neighborhood to come up with a game plan BEFORE we list your home.  This includes previewing the other homes for sale and looking at the homes that sold in the last six months to gain valuable insight into how your home needs to be marketed and priced.

• Buyers Agent - We will spend time with you to understand what is important to you in a home.  We believe there are things in a home that are 'must haves' and 'good to haves' that we should factor in before starting our search together.   We will work together with you and lenders to get you pre-qualified as well.  We want to be your one stop source for purchasing a home

• Residential and Commercial leasing -  We will work with you to find properties for lease that meet your home and business needs.  We also work with many property management groups to get you the best deal!
